  • The Story

Playing a key part in Riyadh’s urban development, Al Faisaliyah shopping centre is part of the Al Faisaliyah Complex centred around Saudi Arabia’s first skyscraper.

The renovation of the Al Faisaliyah shopping centre included the supply and assembly of 510 tonnes of metal structure, 4,300sqm of glass façades and 3,900sqm of stainless-steel coating, and the design and installation of 4 skylights.

  • What we did

Involvement in the concluding phases of a project life cycle included managing a Bespoke Contract based on FIDIC. This encompassed the preparation and defence of Extension of Time claims, as well as addressing contra charges.
