- The Story
The design, supply and installation of the complete envelope for two 10-storey luxury residential buildings, part of the Royal Warwick Square development, located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, London. The envelope comprised 800sqm of frames, 2,250sqm of curtain walling, 200sqm of shades, and 5,100 sqm of stones, external false ceilings, and external rain-water drainage pipes.
- What we did
We engaged in comprehensive contract management services on behalf of contractor throughout the entire project life cycle Bespoke Contract. This included the detailed preparation of Extension of Time, Loss and Expense, and Disruption claims. Additionally, we conducted claim negotiations on behalf of our clients and ensured the thorough preparation of the Final Account. Furthermore, our expertise extended to pre-contract involvement with subcontractors, subcontractor contract management, and final account agreements.
