55 Gresham Street – Renovating a building with historic inspiration

  • The Story

Major refurbishment of an existing office building located in the City of London with views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The project involved the fabrication, supply and installation of all external cladding, glazing and curtain walls, totalling 4,150 sqm of unitised façade and 1,300 sqm of rainscreen.

  • What we did

Collaborating closely with the existing team, we actively participate in comprehensive contract management throughout the project life cycle Bespoke Contract. This involvement encompassed tasks such as preparing notices, extension of time and loss and expense claims, preparation of reporting system, negotiating the Final Account, and facilitating the release of retention.
