Meet the Founder, Managing Director: Ana Almeida
In 2023, Ana founded CCR Global, drawing upon nearly two decades of industry experience. She began her career in project management and progressed to overseeing the commercial management aspect of projects across Europe and Africa with one of Portugal’s leading construction firms. As a chartered civil and structural engineer, Ana possesses a unique advantage in comprehending construction methodology. She pursued further education, obtaining an MBA, Expert Witness Evidence Legal Training, and LLM in Construction Law. This led to her successful transition into a consultant specializing in contract management and dispute resolution within the construction sector.
Ana’s expertise encompasses contract management, final account submissions, and claim preparation. She provides invaluable pre-contract advice to companies of various sizes and geographical locations. Proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Ana is well-equipped to navigate diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
